The Great Catch-up

Well, I've never been a blogger, but some have requested that I put something up since i have had an empty blog site for two years. When I think of the highlights of the past few years of life, i think of the places we've been. I've always wanted to travel, and never thought I would get too far on a pastor's salary, but God has taken us to places i never thought I'd go! Of course, we also have a normal life with great friends, a great family, a great house, and i could go on...so maybe I'll just post a few representative pics from our life...

We went to Chicago with our friends (and cousins), the Ceolas, in 2006.

Last fall (2007), we got to take a 3-week sabbatical in Europe... it was my dream come true!

Then, Nellie married our good friend, Dustin Vail, in November 2007. They got married in Josh's parents' barn and it was beautiful (believe it or not)...

In May, we went back to Petit Jean Mtn., (where we got engaged) for our 7th! anniversary. (Luckily, the beard is gone now)

Our roomies, (Nellie & Dustin lived with us from November to May) left us in May for their 3 month roadtrip. They've been all over North America - it's incredible! Check out their road trip blog @ http://www.vailroadtrip.blogspot.com/
